How to take

Just like great training, consistency and accuracy are key. We don't work in drops or sprays, it's not very accurate. MOXU uses graduated pipettes for precision and to give you full control. We suggest going low and slow so feel free to start with a lower dosage, likewise feel free to increase the dosage too as required. It's hard to escape how individual we all are and CBD dosing is no different.

Simply draw up 0.5ml of MOXU CBD Oil and apply under the tongue up to 2 times a day; morning and night are the obvious times. Hold for 90 seconds then swallow. The 0.5ml dose will deliver 25mg of CBD. Do not exceed 70mg per day.

Remember, to get the most out of your MOXU CBD Oil you need to take your dose daily and consistently (for at least a month), building up gradually to a dose that suits your needs, to give the cannabinoids time to accumulate and your body time to re-centre.
