Cancellations and Returns Policy
We work quickly in processing your order as we want you to have your order ASAP. Unfortunately this means orders cannot be amended or cancelled once you have placed them. However, subject to the limitations below, you can return the unwanted orders to us for a refund.
In order for the products to be eligible for a return, the products must (a) have been purchased in the last 30 days (b) be in the original packaging (c) not used or damaged and you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following products cannot be returned:
- The products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The products which are not suitable for return due to health and safety protection or hygiene reasons.
- The products that were unsealed after delivery.
- The products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- The products that are part of a pack/bundle cannot be returned individually.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced products may be refunded. The products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise the shipping costs involved will be on you.
Steps in returning products:
- Simply go to the Contact page.
- Fill out the form.
- In the comments/questions block, tell us why you would like to return the product(s).
- Submit the form.
- We will get back to you ASAP to resolve the problem with instructions for how to return items from your order.
In any event, if we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please email us at [email protected] with the details of the issue and we will investigate. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
